At dfelao, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Certain types of goods, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are exempt from being returned.

Return Shipping Costs Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our Germany facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
