1. How long does it take to process my order? All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 3 business days before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • Free Shipping for all orders of $49.00 and above.

3. How can I track my order? Once your order has left our facility, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

4. What is your return policy? We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. You must contact us at service@dfelao.com to initiate a return. All returned items must be sent to our facility at Viehofer Straße 50, 45127, Germany.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order? We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at service@dfelao.com immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
